Pricing notes

What is an active learner seat?: A unique user who authenticates and opens course content in a billing month. Admins, instructors, and TAs don’t consume learner seats.
Why overage instead of hard caps?: Training cohorts spike. Soft overage lets you grow mid-cycle without an emergency upgrade — while still nudging you to the right plan.
What’s included in the price?: Application hosting, database, auth, storage allowance, and day-to-day platform operations. You are not billed separately for those infrastructure layers.
Can super admin enable features outside a plan?: Yes. Platform operators can grant tenant-level entitlements (AI, SSO, parent portal, etc.). Plans set the default pack; entitlements fine-tune access for lower roles.
Education / nonprofit pricing?: Campus-equivalent capacity with education discounts is available via sales — mention your institution type when you reach out.
